Staying Healthy with NHS Choices

Improving Access to Digital Health Resources

Digital exclusion affects the poorest and most vulnerable in our society. Giving people the digital skills to find out more about their health, wellbeing and how to better manage their condition, puts them  back in control.

Community Connected is part of a nationwide Digital Health Information Network supported by the Tinder Foundation to provide training and support for local people to use the NHS Choices website to research their conditions; make healthy living choices; find out about other services; book appointments online; order repeat prescriptions and find advice & support.

Would you like to partner with Community Connected to deliver a Health Information event?

Community Connected is a project run by Superhighways, part of Kingston Voluntary Action.

We have been working in South London communities for over 10 years, training residents in online basics skills like searching the internet, how to email, getting connected to broadband, skills for job searching, keeping in contact with friends and family.
